Hey Dux-Klay, are you fighting in the Austin XFC show on Sat? I'm sure a guy with your accolades could Main Event a show that size. Actually they pay guys like Liddell and Coleman to appear there. I bet they would love to have a "NHB Fighter of the Year" show up.

None of them have done so. NONE OF THEM!!! I ASKED THE SAME OF AgentCooper, who after further research I am very near sure is Klay Pittman, a person who was known to have a personal grudge against me even after I gave him and his brother the tools to not only have his school survive, but also grow dramatically, without question. This was done several times over as his attempt to defame me, in his school……over and over and over. How sad from a man who’s exact words to me were “because of you, I can now move out of my Father’s house, have the ability to support a family, and pursue spreading the word of Jiu-Jitsu.”. Even if it were not Klay, he has obviously stated things of sheer angst for a mere student to be able to just assume without Klay saying something abroad in his facility several times over, as to program the members there. Your welcome Klay. Hope you enjoy it while it lasts sir. This is my feeling, and that AC is actually not who he represents himself to be. The same thing I am supposedly “on trial for” here. It is said that what we hate most of others, is in fact what we like least about ourselves. He/she still has yet to answer me (even by private e-mail as requested, with promise that I would not publicly humiliate or defame him/her ) of who he/she is, as AC has said repeatedly that we met over 10 years ago. How convenient. It’s quite obvious, a person will meet thousands of people in a ten year time period, thus not enabling a person to be identified by such info. Still no response after several attempts to prove your identity Cooper.

I then provided reasoning for claims made in the BBB for the Lubbock school and my decision to shut it down 6 - 7 MONTHS AFTER LEAVING IT IN THE HANDS OF A GM and an investor who put the school through it’s 2nd embezzlement, and not leaving it “High and dry and unannounced” as accused. I will absolutely take responsibility for the BBB claims, as it was my business, and I should have paid attention to it much closer. At the time, I was training for fight, spending total training time of 5.5 to 7 hours daily, and only 30 – 45 minutes in the school daily, as the GM at that time was the school’s first embezzlement. That GM also lacked greatly in customer service skills, while taking money from patrons without record, and for services that were not guaranteed or even provided by the school at that time. The only accounts being collected on at this time are for those who owed money, and past due. If anyone from the Lubbock facility is reading and there is a problem on your account, please e-mail me, and I will investigate your problem, while getting you in contact Sensei Karl Lusk, who will continue your training, but not under direction of me, with exception of me teaching him, unless you request otherwise. Sensei Lusk BTW, who all of you also know to be extremely honest, humble, and diligent, as the rest of my Black Belts there are as well is definitely interested in the completion of your Black Belt and beyond, without being interested about the business end of martial arts….much how many of you knew me to be, and because of my love for Martial Arts, that if I could teach for free, I would have gladly done so.

Regardless of anything previous, or forthcoming, I am hereby withdrawing from this forum as the ones who are interested only in truth for Martial Arts, resigned from it long ago, while now, only the ongoing slanderers continue to be part of the mud slinging. This thread will be continually posted, with no other response besides it, on every page from here on out, so that all may know what has truly happened.

Rex, don't hold your breath. But for pure comedy, go to his Myspace page. He talks big about how he is all different in the ring and how he hates liars and 'skeemers'. But he is like 6'8". I guess they stack **** pretty high up there.

Good stuff is it fake.....very interesting.

I must say I'm extremely impressed by the ability of forum members here to search out the truth. Several of you started out playing more of a devils advocate role only to find out that the trail they were following did indeed start to take some unusual turns.

I was thinking more about this last night. Put yourself in Mr. Lonis shoes for a minute. If I found out that someone posted my resume from my website and wanted to know some answers what would I do? Logically speaking I would have choosen to NEVER even post on this forum. Espeically when I know deep down that there are some major inaccuracies and misleading points on the resume in question. I would just ignore the inquries and move on....afterall I have a business to run and a livelyhood to keep. It's all just "net" chatter anyway right?

So that poses a deeper question. Why on earth would he choose to post and open the door for more investigations performed by various forum memebers? Especially when you know that they will eventually find out a few things? This part really puzzles me. I don't have a point to make I'm just kind of "thinking out loud" here. I'm really curious as to why he would participate and why he continues to participate on this thread?

It seems pretty simple to me. Either you WANT to clear the air and come clean or you DON'T. Why all the strange politician double talk?

What "would" have happened if he came here and posted something like this: Ok, fellas I'll be honest here. Some of the things on my resume are a bit padded and even over stated. Afterall I am in business to sign up students and this is my career. As a matter of fact upon looking at my resume again I think I should make a few "updates" and even some editing may be called for. I truly apologize for any toes that I might have stepped or feathers that might have been ruffled. Thanks for keeping up on things and in the future I will do my best to keep things straight.

What would be the response to that? For one I would think that this thread wouldn't be 53 pages long....that would be a start.

Again, just thinking out loud........and Mr. Lonis if you are still reading these posts I would like to let you know once again that I am NOT Klay Pittman. I really think you should leave any comments about him or your relationship with him OUT of these posts. Serioulsy......he really doesn't have ANYTHING to do with what has transpired here. I do know Mr. Pittman and if anyone else does you would know that Klay (Pittman) isn't the most "net forum" savy. He still has trouble trying to figure out his email from time to time ( I mean that as a light hearted joke just in case someone thinks I'm jabbing at him).

I am also curious if Jim Thomas is actually a Dr. or uses that title from one of those diploma mills or martial arts title sellers where you can become a Soke for like $50.

Anyway, there must be some type of effect. Many instructors don't post. They also tell their students not to post. I was part of an Org. that did this.

It is actually really smart. Everything is conjecture and you can refute everything in person. Yes, I did this to.

Problem is you( as an instructor affiliate) start reading and two things happen:

1) You leave.
2) You stay.

Yes there are many inbetweens but it really boils down to these 2. People with a huge influence probably started leaving. He had to stop the money loss and he thought throwing out a few names a numbers would work.

He also hoped phone calls would be enough. He didn't count on people being so thorough.

I know I'd be fighting if you guys put an income like this in jeopardy:
