It is a 100 round BETA mag, originally made for the MP5 Heckler and Koch, modified to fit the GLOCK.

It has a big, ugly drum mag and a stock attached - essentially a cumbersome (and presumably inaccurate) fully-auto, firing pistol rounds. I don't get it. Why not just get a proper fully-auto rifle? This has all the bad points of a pistol (e.g. inaccurate relative to rifles), with none of the good points of a Glock (e.g. concealed, ceramic) - doesn't it?
