it's kindof funny, but even in point sparring tournaments you never see the kuk sool guys around the bay area california. nor the tae kwon do tourneys. one guy used to do sword form, but that was it.

Problem with Suk Tool (and derivitive arts like _ung _oon _oo _ool):
Techniques and training methods.

Just try doing juhn hwan bup on somebody! I mean, if ALL people tried to attack me (in sparring and in the real world) with a front kick and a punch and FROZE at the end of the punch, then Cock Suck One would be the best MA. Or if people grabbed me wrist and just stood there and then flipped themselves when I make a wrist circle, then Suck Tool would be the best MA.

And the dahn bong? Why? Why reinvent the wheel, Korea? FMA is unsurpased in stick fighting.

I have recently started cross training while doing kuk sool and have just been threatened with being chucked out of the kuk sool association unless I stop training other arts.

I intend to. I find kuk sool very outdated and seems to much focus on forms and tradition. The higher ranks are very rude and expect us to treat them god like
