    Would you rather kick a bag or an emo?

    Personally, I think emo kicking is superior to bag work. I mean for one. Their people. That means its more like an actual fight then kicking a bag. I mean true their squishier then the people you usually kick in fights or in sparring, but they still have their uses. They atleast attempted to block the strikes, unless of course their REALLY emo. Also, how else can you train for those pesky opponents that run from you? Not only do emo's block and feel more life like then a heavy bag but they also make odd noises that can sometimes get into your head in a fight. You don't want to be distracted in the middle of a fight by your opponent yelling, "I walk in the shadows!" This is a perfect way to help keep your focus.

    So please, save a bag, kick an emo.
