I once saw a guy pull the other guys shirt over his head, pull his pants down, then kick him in the chest "on the street". Then a crack-head ran up and stole the other guys pants. If he had his hand down to his waist karate style I would not be surprised.

I also saw a kid put a garbage can over a blind guys head then jump-kick him. (blind guy called him a ni@@er). Two examples of high kicks on da str33tz! I guess it helps if the other guy cant see.

Well, I could have kicked him in the face... And ****, middle of the chest and the chin are only 9 " apart. Us Okinawans think that anything above the ankle is high.
