Need some help finding a s.d. clip

A while ago (about a year), there was clip with a police officer commenting on footage from a robbery caught on camera. In this clip, a woman was held up in a parking lot. The mugger pointed a gun her then demanded her money. She kicked him in the balls. The woman then took off running. The mugger chased after her, caught her, and then slammed her head first onto the ground. At the end of the clip, the cop said "she was lucky she wasn't shot." I don't remember what station this was on. It may have been Fox News, but I'm not sure.

I originally saw it on a viral video site. I checked all my usual haunts, but I can't find it any where. If anyone heard this report or saw this clip, could you please post a link?
