Seeing as how almost noone is applying normal levels of skepticism to the interminable monk threads, etc., I can believe the poll results. (The fxxking monks can probably vote so much faster than mortal men that they could stuff as many ballots as they wanted.)

Are we all so gullible that we just agree or disagree on principle with everything we see?

I think some of the claims that were made were silly and suspect. But I'm not there -- and neither are any of you -- and there's no way to verify/disprove any of it. So why be rude? That's just a punk ass thing to do.

I haven't read much of the monk threads, but if you look at the latest one it turns out the guy making all the claims wasn't "there" either.

I can believe the sun rises in Bangalore even if I'm not there, but why the h*ll would I believe that bullets bounce off Bangalorians?
