Bagua Fighting clip on Bullshido?

Only just saw it - looks like the newest "style vs style" clip on bullshido:

Two men in what looks to be painting suits wearing latex gloves, mostly waving their hands about and fighting under kyokushin-style rules. There is the odd strike, some open and some closed - nothing really lands well, or seems to be thrown particularly well (though the black guy does land a punch or two to the stomach of the chinese person, though they're not very hard blows by the looks of it.) When either fighter throws one of these rather feable strikes, the others' guard becomes frantic/they flail their arms about like begginers would usually do.

The chinese "fighter" does really dominate overall though using a series of wrestling/San Shou style take downs which, for the most part, seem to overwelm his opponent. Overall very unimpressive except for the half decent wrestling takedowns.

Your opinions' on this fighting clip will be appreciated.

I've seen this one before. Someone posted a link to a whole list of these, along with some 'grandmaster' demonstrations. I forgot which one, but someone here will know...

Did I put that up? I remember thinking that since we could never come to a conclusion about who was doing what, stylewise, it wasn't exactly a SvSworthy clip.

Everyone that's seen it seems to have a different opinion on what arts are represented, and consequently, without a consensus on the facts, I was hesitant to post it.

Um...the Chinese guy isn't doing Bagua, or if he is, it's terrible!!!! Argh...painful to watch. But thanks for the link anyway Blade!

I posted the link to this thing a while ago.

The 'Chinese' guy is Korean. The gloves are gardening gloves. The Korean team at this tournament was all in yellow and the American team in Blue. I forget what the Chinese were wearing. The Korean fighter had more of a TKD background. There were more clips before. My favorite was a Shuai Jiao guy who just kept throwing his opponent with the same throw over and over again.

The 'Grandmaster' was Chang Dung Sheng of Shuai Jiao fame. He was one of those legendary guys who fought in the old Kuo Shu tournaments of the pre-communist days. In the clips he was in his 70's.

Well according to my friend the guy in blue was the Bagua fighter. You could tell by the way he "walked the circle" in the beginning.

Anyone have clips of where what people are fighting with actually looks like look like the traditional art they are studying?
