'Kung-Fu' fighting between Carradine and ex-wife

The battle between actor David Carradine and his fourth ex-wife, Marina, has turned vicious--according to documents filed regarding a fight over the financial terms of the couple's 2001 divorce agreement, ending their four-year marriage. After Marina Carradine's lawyers filed a lawsuit earlier this year, David struck back--filing a declaration with the Los Angeles Superior Court, ridiculing Marina's acting career and rejecting her claim she was responsible for helping David snare a $300,000 acting gig in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film "Kill Bill."

Now Marina has struck back, countersuing and claiming she was the victim of David's "deviant sexual behavior which was potentially deadly" and alleged that he was involved in an "incestuous relationship with a very close family member." She added that Carradine and the unnamed relative admitted the taboo relationship, but that her "pleas for him to get counseling in regards to this matter were ignored and he wanted no part in the healing process the other person needed in order to get closure."

Vicki Roberts, David Carradine's lawyer, called the allegations "highly inflammatory and false" and added that the sworn declaration-- that has now surfaced on The SmokingGun Web site--was supposed to have been sealed by an April court order.

No I believe Shaolin Priests can marry. But yes, he should of followed more of the Al Bundy philosphy on marriage.

It's a shame that this guy was chosen over Bruce Lee for the Kung-fu part. Bruce had the crappy accent and everything, he would have made a convincing foreigner from China in the show. But then again, would Bruce have shaved his head to get the part? Hmmm...
