nobody cares, but i think supplmements are ridiculous....unless you want to fight professionally and are looking to get into a different weight category....it all seems dangerous. Saw something on GHB last night...guy got hooked using it as a bodybuilding enhancer....then people began to realize it had negative effects....

So many of these supplements are NOT regulated in the U.S. and their long term effects are unknown. So whatever you decide i hope you stay healthy, but i wouldn't touch 'em

Like I said Demon unless you take an actual body comp test you usually are incorrect. I was told I was at 3% by two tests once just to find out that a actual test put me up at 7%. You don't have to believe me I could be wrong, truthfully its a moot point. I still say you're giving sound advice let me know what card you fight on next, who knows we've might've been on the same card once or twice.

Go away I'm talking to myself

interesting. thanks for the response Omega. And for the record, throwing big guys isn't hard, but breaking their balance is. when you get in the tug of war for kazushi being stronger makes life easier. Once I can break their balance THEN the throw works perfectly.

    "Creatine is pointless.
Andro is known to be dangerous - its illegal in Australia. That should tell you something."

    Pizdoff:
Dude have you ever USED creatine?
    Andro apparently doesn't work.
Yes, do you read anything before posting.
Stop talking out your ass. In this thread I wrote:

[quote] Creatine does flood water into cells making muscle appear bigger - in MOST people. It can help MOST people lift slightly more weight
    3/4 of muscle remains?
Says who? It may have for you. It didn't for me, my brother, or a couple of friends I know who used it.
A % of muscle will of course remain.
The question that needs to be asked - and that no one has ever answered - is how much muscle would have been built anyway in the time period you took the supplement.
Would it be the same ? How do we know ?
    [quote]

I've posted an article from Cyberpump! on creatine research and use.
    Did you read it?

Go look for it, you might learn something.

"I need to get a pic and post it on here cuz it SOUNDS like I'm pretty big, but you'll never believe I'm 6'1" and 190 when you see me. I look pretty damn thin. I guess I am just pretty dense."
    damn you big guys!!!!!

I was 134 (!!!) at my low point at the beginning of the year. I weighed in yesterday at 163 lbs!!!!! like 29 lbs! in 6 month! i love it!
hahahahhahaa! btw i'm 6 feet tall
so don't you guys talk about not looking big!
Seriously, I hate my frame. I'm bottom heavy, and my legs gain weight just looking at a barbell. But my upper frame sucks, and if I don't train right I'll look like someone put Kevin Randleman's legs on PeeWee Herman. I seriously can't train my legs without making myself look akward. In normal street clothes, at 190 I look 170 or less. It sucks.

Phrost that sounds a lot like me. I have very huge and well muscled quads and hams, but its hard to pack on the pounds above the belt. At least my kicks can smash the **** out of anything I need them to.
