My thoughts on today.

I need to roll more.

I am going to look for a good Sayoc Kali school near me. Thanks Deus, awesome display of knife work.

I have to increase my wind. Trying to stay up with these guys was just too damn hard! After rolling with HAP, it was all downhill.

I enjoyed The Wastrel's display of that ancient Korean Art of Tak Eon? Is that how it's spelled?

Grappling is totally USELESS when the other guys has a knife. Thank Brand!

Omega is a wealth of knowledge. Just listening him today go on space and always finding holes set off some great ideas in my head.

I don't use my weight to my advantage. It's been told to me by Rener, but today, hearing it from everyone else, well, it finally hit home.

We came to a consensus of sorts, of making this a 6 month thing.

Lot's of other stuff to add, but hard to type right now. LOL. Thanks Omega! You bastard! J/K! Please don't hurt me anymore!!!

I'm gonna see what another 6 months of training and better conditioning will do.
