One thing I don't like is how Pride doesn't allow elbows. I know it doesn't have a HUGE effect but its just a general annoyance to me.

I do like how stomping is allowed - makes the groudfighters have to know their ****, and you see real good stomping techniques, such as that chute boxe stomp, pivot, rear stomp, spin around thing they do.

One more thing: do those fighters use protein/creatine supplements?

I'm sure most of them do take in high amounts of protein because they need to feed those muscles. Creatine I doubt they use much with the exception of when they aren't training for a fight. Because it has the side effect of retaining water, and gives you a bloated look, also slows you down.

One thing I don't like is how Pride doesn't allow elbows. I know it doesn't have a HUGE effect but its just a general annoyance to me.

Actually a well placeed elbow has a devestating effect (remember its the 2nd hardest bone in the body). I do wish they would allow it in Pride.

Overall I prefer Pride over UFC. Pride pays much more money to the fighters, and thats why they get the top ones from around the world. UFC is still a good show though, but I do agree they need to get away from that Pro Wrestling atmosphere.

The skull would be the correct answer. The boner though can be pretty hard, but it depends on the woman.

For me it can only be the UFC.

Cable companies don't get PRIDE in Australia.
Although they tell me, if the PPVs order well, they will - so I'm fucked!!

Thats good, but its still the skull. I'm no doctor, but the doctors I know say its the skull thats the hardest. Can you tell me what medical texts your looking at that are saying that. I don't mind researching it.

Heels are thicker. So more robust.

And from the standpoint that something that bears a load hypertrophies (like muscles) - a heel bears weight and thus will get hard.

Thats probably why shins are so damn good at hitting people with.
