    It depends, you can cut that much, you can cut muscle in a state of catabolism. Also he probably does the dehydration trick like everyone else, I doubt he's 185 when he's in the ring. Plus if you cut right you drop a lot b/c most fighters walk around at like 12-ish% body fat and then cut to 5-ish% and then do the dehydration thing.
