Cardio: jogging and biking Weights squat dead lift bench press pull downs/rows clean & press I’m off weights now (injury), so I’m using Indian clubs, I like them. MA: 1 ½ hours per week stand up fighting 1 ½ hours per week ground fighting Mostly pads and bag for striking, some sparring (Full contact) Lots of drills and sparring for grappling I’m off MA now (same injury), so I’m posting here.
