Cardio: jogging and biking
clean & press
Iím off weights now (injury), so Iím using Indian clubs, I like them.
1 Ĺ hours per week stand up fighting
1 Ĺ hours per week ground fighting
Mostly pads and bag for striking, some sparring (Full contact)
Lots of drills and sparring for grappling
Iím off MA now (same injury), so Iím posting here.
