lol
1. Drink lots of water to replenish body fluids. (Duh!)
2. Eat your vitamins.
3. Suck down some protein and maybe some creatine if you have it.
4. Eat! Replace the carbs and whatever you used/lost sweating on other people.
5. Stretch the muscles you used. This is to stimulate restorative blood flow......
6. Eat!
7. Drink water!
i'm sure i missed something there.....

"Oh, good. Just keep it up and itll go away."

i hope you don't feel that way after EVERY class, there are other possibilites for that, and you could be setting yourself up for an injury (of the more serious kind)

Guy Who Pays the Bills and Gets the Death Threats Style: MMA (Retired)--
Seriously, I've found that if you've got your diet under control, and you're in decent shape as it is, you won't get THAT sore unless you're overdoing it.
I've found that a creatine-grape juice coctail before and a good protein shake right after training are awesome. I can practically feel my body sucking up all the stuff it needs out of the shake. It's a strange feeling. Just don't throw it up after you drink it. That ****'s expensive. -

After a hard workout, drink Gatorade before water. You need to restore those electrolytes. Otherwise the water will just go straight through your body.

?
and would it not be good to flush out some of the acids and whatever gained from working out?
"Im not sure Im quite at the stage for protein drinks and such, for one my diet isnt good enough to sustain stuff like that"
your muscles repair and regrow WAY faster, also you avoid carbs and fat generally with a supplement, creatine is good as well
i once had two workouts in one night, very amazing for me
