Started at 8 with Sanchin Ryu. Stayed with that for a few years and realized that it wasn't for me. Searching I finally found Modern Arnis about 7 years later. Kept that as my core style since then. (Kind of a "roots" thing along with something that I could study and actually stay with.) Cross trained with others in BJJ, MT, Wing Chun, Tang Soo Do and TKD. Never took anything formal additionally excpet a few months of MT.
I know TKD, some very limited BJJ experience, and some even more limited sambo experience in college.
some arnis at open mat
dance a very little with capoeira players
HS wrestling, Judo, BJJ...
You must add boxing to that to finish your REX KWON DO training.

Man, it does not matter as long as you hit a few time to get an opening,
Mainly Freestyle wrestling. But a few months in Greco, and Folkstyle. Looking for some Catch teachers. Also, Judo, and western boxing for around 3 months now. Muay Thai for about 3 months. Short Fist for about 3 weeks. And also, European fencing for a week now. Um, I don't know if they count but also. Gymnastics, 6 years, ball room dancing, 2 years. (Great for doing a waltz on your victims face once your done.) And um, my sifu lets us spar in "Tai Chi", and we practice it fast, is this normal, or am I being taugh BS? Just a question.
Also, has anyone ever heard of Robert Hisamoto?
