if you had to choose 3 or 4 drills to improve specifically speed and angles, which would you use? which do you find most beneficial to an intermediate to advanced wrestler?
so far i just have basic conditioning exercises, such as partner down spins (also for foot speed), back arches with heavy bag, sitouts, lunge steps, etc.
to introduce myself: the reason i ask is that my training was in freestyle (foreign country), and i am thinking of going collegiate here in the usa... i can adapt the techniques but need to get back up to speed. i have also trained taiji for the last few years, and it is my new love. but first loves die hard....
