Honorable Bullshido Masters,
Does anyone know how chin na/shuai jiao systems compare to judo/jujutsu/aikido/aiki-jujutsu systems? Please make a note if you have experience in one or the other or both.

Shuai Jiao is kinda like Muay Thai and Judo. It was invented on the battle field like Muay Thai, and it has alot of throws just like Judo. Only Shuai Jiao's throws are for more violent.

If you do a thorough comparison of chin na and jujitsu locks, you'll find that they're pretty much the same stuff.
Shuai Chiao and jujitsu/judo throws are also very similar, and in many cases, identical.
The chin na in the internal styles is comparable to that in the aiki styles.
One might go so far as to say that the ancient japanese and chinese martial arts are pretty much the same set of techniques, just organized differently.

Duh Osiris. I'm just picking at you.
As for Mac, if he were in my class, I would just say F and he would know he had blown an observation skills test.

Shuai Jiao throws and takedowns can be seen well illustrated in Sanda/San Shou. I love the double leg back body drop.
Out of doubt, out of dark to the day's rising
I came singing in the sun, sword unsheathing.
To hope's end I rode and to heart's breaking:
Now for wrath, now for ruin and a red nightfall!
