Usually any form of asian food...probably due to the higher starch/carbs content with a decent side of meat. Nothing excessive, just enough to feed the body the fuel it needs and regenerate. The drier carbs (rice, etc.) tend to avoid that nasty "squishy stomach" feeling I used to get with more "solid" meals.
Oh, and chocolate cookies don't hurt either.

Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog
