This is an authentic and accurate trip report to Monkeyboy’s swimming pool:

I left my favorite bathhouse on Sunday (8/25/2002) in the early afternoon and headed for Monkeyboy’s swimming pool. Traffic everywhere but an hour later I pulled off the 5 freeway and promptly got lost. I ended up exposing myself to a nun and got arrested and thrown in jail. When Monkeyboy heard where I was he rushed down and rescued me. Thanks Monkeyboy!

I followed him to his swimming pool in West Hollywood via an assortment of crazy streets (I swear one of them was 100 yards up and 100 yards straight down. I was amazed my car could even drive on that street lol. West Hollywood is a maze!).

When we got to his swimming pool, I took off all of my clothes and stepped into the shallow end of his pool. HIS POOL IS FIRST RATE! Lot's of money spent on that pool. As good as I've ever had the pleasure of being in. His pool is very spacious and outfitted with an assortment of naked statues spitting water from their mouth.

Like any authentic swimming instructor instructor, MB had to size me up -- if you know what I mean; He had to figure out if I was there to "pitch or catch". So we went into the office and talked for about 45 minutes. Got through all the "getting to know you" stuff. He proved to me that he really IS an ex-Peace Corp Tae Kwon Do Champion who fought the best other country's militaries could field. He fought big Ethiopian kids with those enlarged stomachs. He has really trained and swam with some of the best out there including the famous Greg Louganis. He has the scars, the pictures, and the paperwork to prove it, which took him many hours to download from the Internet, printout and tape to his wall. He also has about 70 swimming students I estimated, all attracted by this super cheap intro deal, but who never come back after the first month. Only when he was convinced that I was a sincere swim student did jump into the pool.

I know like zero swimming. The three and a half years at my local bathhouse and it has never been more than doggy paddle stuff. Very effective usually but MB showed me what happens when you introduce great water play into the mix! MB (who was also naked), promptly dunked my head under the water, and I struggled to get the surface. MB had my face at his crotch level for a long time. I came away understanding that it is very important to know water play skills for many reasons most of which have been discussed on this board already. So MB then pulled out his wanker and showed me out he liked get pleasured. This guy is for REAL! He spewed out a rain of fast and powerful (very strong) semen into my face. I was very impressed! MB showed me how to hold my hands around his ass while pleasuring him. After that I did a little bit more BJ’s for a couple minutes and then he showed me his tongue ring which I had never seen before.

Finally, when we were finished we got a couple of sodas from the store next to his swimming pool and went to his house to talk swim play for awhile. I met MB’s domestic partner and the rest of his family. His domestic partner is beautiful and very devoted to him; I think he may have met him while in the peace corps and he came back with MB for the visa. He loves him very much. It was a normal loving family situation in West Hollywood.

We talked water play for an hour straight I got to start to show him a really cool move where you hold the other guy’s thing under water that I know he's never seen before but time was a flying so I had to leave. MB was kind enough to get in his car and guide me right to the 5 freeway making sure that I got off safely.

    My impressions:

    1. Who MB is: MB is a first rate romo/psycho swim/instructor. He has a very serious swimmer mentality. If anyone here has any plans of walking in and showing MB up you best leave that behind you right now. MB will **** your as_s and dunk your head into his pool. That is simply the truth. If you want to learn and train, he's your man. He'll treat you with respect and kindness and train you right!

Currently, MB is also in the process of transitioning from primarily as a romo professional swimmer to primarily as an instructor since his rectal surgery 6 months ago. Let me say that it's amazing he can throw do that frog splash (with that leg) and move like he does after only 6 months after rectal surgery. The physical therapy, stretching, and continued focus on swimming is helping him to heal up fast! It will take more time for him to make this transition from pro swimmer as his mindset is still so fierce. He has spent his entire adult life swimming seriously. Yet he is going to be successful I can see that.

Who MB is not: MB is not a man with an inferiority complex, even though he always talking about himself on here. He is not psychotic even though he sends porn pictures to random persons on the Internet.

Final Note: Get out to Monkeyboy's, like I did, and train with him. You'll be glad you did! Monkeyboy, put together a package deal for us here at the board bro. Maybe $60.00 for the day per person on a Saturday and we'll just train hard all day without anyone else in the pool. Just be sure to bring some extra vasaline! Sound good? Uno.

Here is Rocket's original romo version of his "trip":

This is an authentic and accurate trip report to Hunter's dojo:
I left my workplace on Saturday (8/24/2002) in the early afternoon and headed for Hunter's dojo. Traffic everywhere but an hour later I pulled off the 5 freeway and promptly got lost. I ended up at Echo Park (ie gangland) and called Hunter. When he heard where I was he rushed down and rescued me. Thanks Hunter!

I followed him to his dojo in Hollywood via an assortment of crazy streets (I swear one of them was 100 yards up and 100 yards straight down. I was amazed my car could even drive on that street lol. Los Angeles is a maze!).

When we got to his dojo, I took off my shoes and got on the mat. HIS MATS ARE FIRST RATE! Lot's of money spent on those mats. As good as I've ever had the pleasure of being on. His dojo is very spacious and outfitted with an assortment of gear.

Like any authentic MMA instructor, Hunter had to size me up. He had to figure out if I was really there to train or to challenge him. So we went into the office and talked for about 45 minutes. Got through all the "getting to know you" stuff. He proved to me that he really IS an ex-Marine Judo Champion who fought the best other country's militaries could field. He fought big Russians in Russia and breakaway provinces, Judo champions in Japan. He has really trained and sparred with some of the best out there including the famous MMA people he has already explained here on this board. He has the scars, the pictures, and the paperwork to prove it. He also has about 70 students I estimated. Only when he was convinced that I was a sincere MA student did we get on the mat.

I know like zero striking. The three and a half years I've been at Ralphs it's all been sport jiu-jitsu with some Vale Tudo elements. We just dance from strikers throw a right hand slap or kick to get them off balance, change levels, shoot/close the difference, and try to take them down. Very effective usually but Hunter showed me what happens when you introduce great strikes into the mix! I came away understanding that it is very important to know striking for many reasons most of which have been discussed on this board already. So Hunter pulled out a really nice standup bag and started showing me how to strike. This guy is for REAL! He threw a rain of fast and powerful (very strong) combinations on this bag. He mixed western boxing, Muay Thai, traditional Karate, and TKD all together in beautiful synergy. I was very impressed! Hunter showed me how to hold my hands and taught me my first combination and how to defend myself while throwing the combination. After that I did a little bit of BJJ exercises for a couple minutes and then he showed me a Judo choke which I had never seen before.

Finally, when we were finished we got a couple of sodas from the store next to his dojo and went to his house to talk MMA for awhile. I met Hunter's wife and family. His wifes is beautiful and very devoted to him. He loves her very much. It was a normal loving family situation people.

We talked MMA for an hour straight I got to start to show him a really cool guard pass that I know he's never seen before but time was a flying so I had to leave. Hunter was kind enough to get in his car and guide me right to the 5 freeway making sure that I got off safely. (Note Hunter: Use the same car bro! It confused me when you were driving around your different colored Nissans.. lol ).

    My impressions:

    1. Who Hunter is: Hunter is a first rate MMA fighter/instructor. He has a very serious fighter mentality. If anyone here has any plans of walking in and showing Hunter up you best leave that behind you right now. Hunter will beat your as_s and Judo bounce you out of his dojo on your head on the concrete and then deal with the consequences afterwards. That is simply the truth. If you want to learn and train, he's your man. He'll treat you with respect and kindness and train your right!

Currently, Hunter is also in the process of transitioning from primarily as a fighter to primarily as an instructor since his knee surgery 6 months ago. Let me say that it's amazing he can throw those kicks (with that leg) and move like he does after only 6 months after knee surgery. The physical therapy, stretching, and continued focus on MMA is helping him to heal up fast! It will take more time for him to make this transition from fighter as his mindset is still so fierce. He has spent his entire adult life fighting seriously. Yet he is going to be successful I can see that.

Who Hunter is not: Hunter is not a computer engineer, lawyer, or rocket scientist. That business of the picture really WAS a mistake. As a computer engineer myself I admit I had my doubts and thought he probably sent that trying to get attention or make a joke that day. It is only when you spend time with Hunter and his family that you realize he is not computer literate and also would NEVER do that on purpose. I'm 100% convinced it was a mistake.

Final Note: Get out to Hunter's, like I did, and train with him. You'll be glad you did! Hunter, put together a package deal for us here at the board bro. Maybe $60.00 for the day per person on a Saturday and we'll just train hard all day without anyone else in the dojo. Sound good? Uno.
