    Umm.. Technically water is an essential nutrient since we need it and the body can't make its own.

    Yeah, I kinda figured I'd be wrong about this one.

    Yeah! My Judo instructer(Dave York) talks to Hughs on a semi yearly basis. Every 6 months or so, he calls him up and sees how he's doing, he should know, he trained with him a couple times.

    Ok so getting past the... lets hate on xyience because they are linked to the UFC.... I have a friend who works at a GNC near me. He got a bunch of supplements and won't be using them. He gave me a jug of xyience nox-cg3 for free. They are like $40 at the store, so I figured sweet...

    My work out regiment is as such...

    Monday, Wednesday - TKD and running 2 hours at night
    Tuesday, Thursday - BJJ for an hour then lifting for another
    Friday - Break or just lifting for 1 hour after work.

    I am getting my diet in order and starting it this Monday. I have another friend who is a personal trainer, so he is helping me there. My questions is.... if I use xyience nox-cg3 that my other bud gave me for free.... do you think I will see some benefits? Im not trying to get huge at all.... but it has some things in it I have heard Teh Macho recommend like Glutamine (SP?) and Creatine.

    Any input?

    EDIT: PS I know this is old, but its the only one I could find from a search.... so rather than making another, I posted here.
