    Good diet obviously improves quality of life, energy levels, happiness, and so on. But takes discipline to teach the body what it should like - getting rid of previous "tastes" is sometimes hard. Peanut butter, sugar chocolates, potato chips, products containing "vegetable oils" are some of the things I am off for good now, and took me only a few months of effort, bolstered by some reading on nutrition that made my brain say "no way!"

    Oh, and looking in your 20s while in your 30s doesn't hurt - a combination of young looks with mature outlook brings in those hot chicks almost as much as ugly fat fucks can get with money alone. :lol:

    I find that feeling the pain associated with a certain technique, such as a lock, helps me to understand the technique more fully. You can apply what you feel, and also have a sense for the technique on both ends.
