Ok so your throws come threw Judo, where did Mr Carey take the JJJ striking from? Did you use a traditional Dakenjutsu or Koppojutsu Ryu-HA? or is just repackage Karate-do?

On a side note, I've met a lot of over inflated judo guys who got their ranks from Porter. Luckly the USJA doesn't accept the ranks.

Is it just me or do you picutre Hulk Hogan yelling into a TV while sayingn this?

You have fuckign 12 posts, and u come on here with a little video of which u think is bullshido, so everyone here can rag on the guy, cuz apparently u sucked too much dick on the other board to do it yourself. Go away.

"Oh oh! Look what I found! He said he can kill everyone! He said BJJ sucks, and everyone at Bullshido loves BJJ! Lets make fun of him because hes stupid!"

That said -- I looked into Porter a while back in relation to someone else. I don't know anything about Porter, really, but the guy in question claiming a vague link to him (and many others) was this guy: http://www.manghoma.com/index.cfm?page=8

    His resume seems awfully inflated...

Regardless -- back on point here -- nothing bad about that video.

For those keeping score 17 minutes.

Good of you to come and offer some clarification of what we were watching Darkslide. Welcome to Bullshido.

Now this may be an oversimplification but... Kano did Jujutsu, modified training methods, and called it Judo. Nearly all of the techniques in Judo were originally from jujutsu. When Judo was founded, there wasn't much of any difference between it and many Jujutsu systems. Then Judo grew, became more sportive, and some Jujutsu systems ended up focusing just on the things that you can't do in Judo. (Finger locks, standing joint locks, and some kooky things) Other Jujutsu systems continued doing what they always had, looking more like old-school Judo with less restrictions.

Yeah, I have no idea what was said on Sherdog, but there's nothing wrong with throwing someone, punching them, and doing a little groundwork.
