Martial Arts History Project: Library of Internet challenge matches
With the modern, widespread use of the internet, hath arisen forums.
Cometh the forum- eventually, cometh rude flamewars.
And, eventually the martial arts forum- with rude flamewars.
And from all this- a disturbing internet subculture has arisen. Internet flamewars between (usually male) so called martial artists, that result in some sort of challenge to meet up in the flesh and duke it out.
This disturbingly amusing evolution of the flamewar seems to have produced very few actual matches- and they are always buried behind countless thousand post threads that lead to nothing. So the purpose of this thread is to create a giant, edited list (with video links) of all of the challenges that have happened, and all of the challenges that have not happened- and the given reason why they have not. Post your links and stuff.
