As far as Laff area goes...
Micah has a place, Cajun Karate I think. I heard that's a place to check out for BJJ. That's all I can tell u, check em out, see if u like 'em. Heard from 1 guy I used to roll with "...they have good BJJ :)". I was told they don't stick to the comp requirements tho'
