A True Drunken Master - Intoxicated Jackie Chan

HONG KONG — An apparently intoxicated Jackie Chan disrupted a concert by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jonathan Lee in Hong Kong and exchanged insults with the audience, a news report said Tuesday.

Ming Pao Daily News said Chan suddenly jumped on stage at the concert Monday night and demanded a duet with Lee. He then tried to conduct the band but stopped and restarted the music several times, Ming Pao said.

As the awkward interruption dragged on, audience members started to heckle Chan and the actor replied with an insult, according to the report.

The newspaper quoted Chan as saying on stage that he was drunk.

Chan was an invited performing guest at Lee's earlier show Sunday night.

A spokesman for Chan, Solon So, said he hadn't seen Chan since the alleged incident and had no immediate comment. He said he didn't attend the concert.

Concert organizers didn't immediately return a reporter's call seeking comment.

I'd guess from your tone that an extreme bias is part of your belief system, just on the opposite end of the spectrum. I now know to take anything foxnews and backdraft says with a grain of salt. =)

No, he just hangs out with tools- Stallone, Schwarzenegger, etc, and his method of selecting the every younger starlets through the casting couch in well known in Asia. You want to see a good satire of Chan that was so on the money it infuriated Chan check out this one- see High risk/ Meltdown with Jet Li and some kick ass fights.

One thing. Yes, I don't like Fox news. But what I meant was more along the lines of "Don't take it for granted." than "Fox news needs to die, RHGHARRW!"

new2bjj, are you saying Meltdown, a Jet Li film that, if I recall right, revolves around Jet Li being a stuntman for a chickenshit MA movie star, was a satire of Jackie Chan?
I'm confused, 'cause I always thought that he did his own stunts, and I've seen a shitload of footage of him getting hurt doing these stunts... Could you explain that to me a litlle more?

Well, go to that link I posted, and reade about the fact that Jet Li apologised to Chan for doing the movie. And also, I think the movie was pointng out Chans drinking and underage girls. And yes, he does use stuntmen. Al his stunts are tested first, by stuntman, then he does them. This is really pathetic, but I'm an expert on these hong kong movies. That and a buck will get me a cup of coffee.
