I don't like it . I couldn't find any training pictures . Everything was long and wordy . The Engrish seemed almost purposefull during some of my readings into the styles of southernskykungfu.com . I never saw if they sparred or how often they meet . To many unanswered questions to give anything but a disgusted grunt towards .

Looking at the one seminar picture, they are in the ass dragging stances of modern wushu.
As long as they admit they don't fight and it is for competition, it is no worse than gymnastics. -
Everybody was Kung Fu fighting

I had a quick look for CMA schools around Dallas that are likely to have hard sparring (by googling on 'Dallas San Shou') and I found this place :-

Yin-style linear bagua is supposed to be exceedingly rare, and according to Bernie Langan out in the Bay Area (who isn't bad at all), it's also very difficult. I find it fairly difficult to believe the gent could simultaneously be good at five of those disciplines on top of YF baguazhang.
Simultaneously, Adam Hsu is supposed to have a decent reputation.
There's a guy teaching in Plano who's supposed to be excellent (a wushu guy who can also fight), fairly new from China, and goes back to do competitions every year very successfully. Can't remember his name, though.
/been out of those circles for a while, ymmv
EDIT: that's school's seems to be in Michigan...
