Holy ****, I found my book on Amazon and you can read a lot of the intro and see the index (they did leave out all the exercises and routines though).
Look here
BTW I really don't know how this book stacks up against others, so if anyone else knows do post it. Like I said though, they do have a **** load of exercises and routines, and they did work for me. -

hehe, as for tone, just do alot of it, tyson's pretty flabby but he still got a 6 pack, i think he said he did 2500 situps a day or something...situps has its limitations, but i wouldnt call it garbage...
