Btw, when you can do 200 easy, we go to the next program.

I am so amped about writing it all down, I'm gonna get on track myself!
    200 sets?!

My abs are in crappy condition right now, but I could probably do about 5 of those sets pretty easily.

My favorite ab exercises are suicide crunches and medicine ball drills.

For what I call "suicide crunches" you simply do crunches with both legs in the air at a 45 degree angle to the ground, one leg crossed over the knee of the opposing leg that you're 'crunching' toward.

    Damn straight. Tell it FoM.

Tose foods may have had a function before we had refrigeration and right-to-the-market delivery, but in a modern world, all they do is spike your blood sugar and make you fat.

Why do people living modern lifestyles REALLY need to eat a plate of pasta, or a big hunk of bread? Cheese is different though.

Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

Why do people living modern lifestyles need to eat that big hunk of steak? Protein drinks offered scientifically engineered whey protein, which is far superior.

    And Pasta is god.

If you want diabetes, please continue to gorge on pasta and bread. Of course, I also never said anything about a big hunk of steak, did I?

Guess where I get my protein...

You reformulated my question and redirected it at me. Rhetorically, this is a challenge to my position. If it was not, then you are guilty of miscommunication. 0wned.

Have you been paying any attention to what's been coming out about carbohydrates, blood sugar, and onset diabetes?

Actually, you chose to agree with FoM, and one of the foods he obviously finds alright is Steak. Therefor by agreeing with him you also implied that Steak was good. You may have never directly said anything about steak, but I had never directly said anything about you saying anything about steak. Owned.

Anyways, yes, and I was under the impression they referred to short burn carbohydrates such as sugar. I have yet to read a paper or article claiming that bread and bread derrivatives(pasta) cause diabetes.
