Definitely.
"If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - for ever."Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog -

for me,the leading internal arts master in the US,at least as far as fighting aspects is concerned,is grand master Wai Lun Choi of Chicago, Illinois.I have seen him hit heavy bags with funky moves that would make Superman stop in his tracks. Master Choi is the Big Kahuna of realistic kung-fu,and if you live in or neat Ch0town,check this guy out.And believe me,I am as skeptical as anyone can be about hype, hoopla, and "bullshit superman stories"(as the movie LAST DRAGON put it).So take me at my word, when I say,Master Choi is the bomb.
