Eddie Bravo's seminar is not that far away from where I live; I'm seriously inclined to go. However, I don't know if I should. I'm just a green n00b that pulls guard while going "****, ****, ****" while I get bulldozed.

Thus I don't know if I wil have the ability to absorb whatever info is going to be given in the seminar. It's not clear to me if I should have a minimum level of proficiency required to make the seminar productive for me :eusa_thin
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

I ended up not going. It's in 1 hour, and I'm basically exhausted. I just woke up - I had to work late with just 3 hours of sleep :(

I e-mailed Eddie yesterday afternoon, and he did said was a bit advanced but that it didn't hurt to try. Too bad I'm missing the seminar, though. My job is going to be end of me :seppuku:

Fucking non-arogant BJJ people ruining misconceptions. Oh wait, you aren't a one month white belt, my bad.
