    "Soju" is also Korean for "rice wine midway in strength between sake and whatever the hell the Chinese call theirs," about 80 proof I think. So yeah, The Good and The True.

    EDIT: Wikipedia says anywhere between 40 and 90 proof.

    Most Soju I've had is only 30 proof. Unless you mean MoonBae Sool, that stuff is like 80 proof. The Chinese Bai Jiu can be anywhere from 70 proof up to 130 proof.
