    RobP link - http://www.systemauk.com/video/GLASG1.WMV

As an aside, you can tell this training by RobP is practically worthless based on the workout environment alone. No mats equals no realism. This is a very basic point regarding working out, if you aren't able to toss your training partners about and slamming them down, you won't develop any real appreciation for body mechanics and generating power. This is why RobP looks so wimpy and uncoordinated in his body dynamics. Anybody that workouts out regularly on mats can testify to this fact.

Vlads place has mats....but its funny how some of the senior guys shy away from the mats, and train rather on harder surfaces....THAT is more real than a soft mat that absorbs ur fall.

Oh, the risk of injury prevents realism of a throw u say? then learn how to go to the ground softly

your body adapts real quickly to falling softly on hard surfaces as opposed to being dumped on mats

hahaha your body adapts on hard surface, good one.

Tell you what you go to a judo dojo and ask them to throw you on a hard floor see how much your body 'adapts' to real live throws.

Throws are supose to dump you on the floor so you don't get up. Groundwork is what you learn in case the throw was messed up.

I've found my new favourite ever systema video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejn6Q5gVUes

It's Real Defence in a Real Environemt where the attackers go Real Limp when you look at them funny.

I'm not saying mats are useless. They serve their purpose. I used to compete in Freestyle wrestling, I've done my time on the mats. And like i said, Vlad's club is matted

What i am addressing is the illogical stereotyping by kunty that just because he doesnt see mats at a school, he quickly jumps to conclusions

Unfortunately for you systema retards, your attacker is not going to be accomodating.

That's one of the most idiotic things I've ever read.

What if someone dumps you onto a real hard floor?
