I love on their home page they tell you what each of the characters means. As far as I can tell they took a lot of liberty with the definitions of each individual character. Not to mention the english romanization looks like a mix of korean and chinese.
Chinese romanization would read as "Zheng Wu Guan" the word Wu generally means martial or military as in Wushu. They other two words probably have a couple of different meanings but I don't have my dictionary in front of me right now so I can't give you an accurate translation.
Korean romanization would read "Chung Moo Kwon", I think. I do know that the romainzed word Quan does exist, but not in Korean. It is a romanization from Chinese that sometimes can mean Fist, like TaiJi Quan. But the character they have above the word is not the character for fist (punch, boxing are also acceptable translations in some cases)
