Alt, I have found Yoga to help neurological imbalances. It has the same effect as a drug, except that your body somehow naturally stabalizes. No idea how it works, but Yoga does wonders for psychological problems of any sort. Try it alongside your medication, it may help.

Btw, for obvious reasons, I can't simply give out my name. Not that I don't trust you, but...y'know.

If you need a name for your journal, I'm Frying Mantis. Nothing more, nothing less.

I still don't get what the hell it does, or how, but Yoga is amazing. It makes you feel more at ease, and not in some drug-induced hippie way, but actual clear mindedness. If you're pissed off, having a bad day, whatever, do some Yoga, and you will feel better. I don't know why or how, but it works.

It even got rid of some bad back problems I was having (not that I should be, at my age).

Yoga will make you feel better as long as you're not arrogant about it and try to do all the cool moves before you're ready, that will make you hurt yourself.

Ya. Just focus on clearing your mind. The 'human pretzel' aspect comes later.
