I actually need some clarifacation on this idea, maybe some of you can help. I am starting a workout log (lifting) and I am having a hard time trying to coordinate it.
I need the typical Exercise, reps, weight, and then I need some other catergories. For example, I need to add "gross tonnage" and then a section for the scheduled increase of 10%. Tthat is flexiable, it can be either 10% more weight to the exercise or more reps to tally as the 10% increase.
In the past I just did it in my head, but I have waaay too many other ideas bouncing around in there now, lol. So I would like to dedicate it to paper or a excel worksheet with the needed formulas.
Any help will be appreciated,

and good morning to you too

Check Exrx.net. They have all kinds of excel spreadsheets that can be easily modified to suit your needs.
Oh, did you really need to resurrect a bao/matthius thread?"Keep a sharp knife, shiny boots and be on time." -
