Workout Logs(mastering the making thereof)
I have a messy workout log. If you have a PDF file or example of yours, then please show me, because I need a better example. Right now, I have a format of Excercise: Warmup Weight: Work Weight: Week II: Etc. Week 3: Etc.
It's looks 48 times messier on paper. I'll print it out and see if that works better, but right now I still think it's ****.
I didn't used to records my workoutses.
I use the supporting member's forum. No mess!
For lifting, I have an excel sheet I use. I'll try to upload the .pdf tomorrow. At my old job they used them to train personal training clients, but I stole a few and made myself copies. ;)

Oh wow. That's pretty badass. How much do I have to donate to this cause? Because I can spot Bullshido a 20 easy, seeing as it's a badass website, but it'd have to be after I get a job.
I donated when we only had the $20 donation thing. Now there are like other things you can do or something.
it's still $20 (though oddly, there's the choice of paying £20, which is, like $35 or something).
I haven't started a training log, because I feel like a bit of an arse keeping a diary. even though I know I really should...
Yeah, it was tough for me too. "What am I going to write about?" I thought. But it helps me remember things about class.

I have bad memory. I ran into problems when I did that 8 weeks Koto approved of. I was like: "Did I bench 160, or 190 for 5 reps?", yes I'm weak, but I ran into problems, let me tell you. It's not gonna happen again.
