Hmm... although this thread has been dead for about a year I'm gonna go ahead and post.
Most amature fighting tournaments have a teen division, sadly how ever most of these are grappling. Amature MMA tournaments are kinda hard to come by, just stick too your own martial art for now. http://www.icompete.org and http://www.mma.tv are good sources for world wide events. You said you don't have a couch but who ever is teaching you how to fight (unless it's your dad) should have a good idea on where a tournament is being held so just ask.

In order for you to get any sort of record as an amature fighter you're gonna have to travel. I don't know anything about "Shooto", just MMA and some Kick Boxing. Go to New York, it's about a two hour drive from Massachusetts, and New York has alot of MMA stuff going on.
