What move is this?

I was watching the intro video at Eddie Bravo's website, http://www.thetwister.tv/10PJJ.htm, and saw one of his students trying to set something up from rubber guard at 5:14-5:15 that I've never seen before. Unfortunately, the video cuts to a different scene before he does whatever he was trying to do. Does anybody have any idea where he was going with this?

That's his twister. It's just a neck crank with the Bravo flavor to it.

Oh, and the twister cranks the spine, not the neck.

I rember seeing the same clip. But what he's actually doing isn't shown very well, so I have no idea.
