What you wanna do is, you wanna find a movie called "Runaway." Now Runaway has got it all:

1. Murderous robotic spiders that inject people with acid.

2. Tom Selleck as the heroic cop. Seriously, Tom Selleck is so underrated. He's the American version of Sean Connery.

3. Gene Simmons as the psychotic bad guy. Gene Simmons is awesome.

4. Rocket propelled, heat seeking, explosive handgun bullets.

5. Kirstie Alley when she was thin. I actually prefer the thick version, but she was OK back then.

You might not believe this, but I was thinking of Runaway when I mentioned the clever bullets. I saw that film as a kid, and it must have made an impression.
