I just discoverd Yahoo! Video and found that it serves our disaster needs.

These first 2 keeping in mine they are demostration, weren't half bad (for the Bujinkan).

However, I doubt they ever spar with those techniques, too bad.

With enough practice, most people can probably learn to do backflips and such.

But what does that have to do with fighting?

There a sub section of Ninpo Taihenjutsu that address Flipping and Rolling out of throws. The Back Flip can be used against a shoulder throw, to the person getting throw lands on their feet, enabling them to fight, run or at the very least not land on their head.
