Hey have you asked Kristian how does he feel about seeing a guy like Danni Abbadi getting signed with the UFC and him getting the low end of the deal?
I mean he rejected a fight with Bisping when the UFC president was begging him to take it but at least he had a credible excuse. His cut seemed nasty.
I personally think Dana should cut Kristian a break and give him a can to fight in the UFC. They should had him matched up agaisnt Ross instead of Rory.

No. This may kinda, sorta, not so much really, almost SOUND like a good idea - get J.Random fighter some buzz and a cool looking win - but trust me it'll lead to the same shithole that boxing is in now. Champions that won't fight top contenders and excellent young guys that can't get a fair shot is a bad thing for fans. Please continue to have the best fight the best, as much as possible.

I've found taking notes on BJJ class MUCH more dificult than taking notes on other martial arts I've studied.
My Wing Chun notes are bullet-points of techniques and positions...my BJJ notes end up being long paragraphs.

I love taking notes on my bjj classes. While I'm on the mat there's just too much going on - too many thoughts to keep it all straight. Once I get home, I sit for a good 20 minutes writing down what we drilled, what worked, what didn't, and tips for me (make that leg heavier, hip out more, use your head etc.)
Before I go to train I read my entries from my last few days of training, and if I don't make the same mistake I did earlier, damn that feels good. Nothing keeps me motivated like seeing progress, and the best way to do that is to write down everything so that you know exactly where you stand.-Jordan
