Thread: Cop v 2 morons

I'm no cop, no judge, and no attorney but I think he had all the cause needed to shoot that guy.
1) Belligerent? Check
2) Resisting arrest? Check
3) Attacking police officer? Check
4) Multiple opponents? Check
5) Weapon produced? Check
My condolences to this guy's family, but it's pretty clear that one guy deserved to be shot, and the other guy needs about 5 years in prison to think things over...buddy.

These things always crack me up, especially when they are about absolutely nothing.
All that over a seatbelt ticket? Jesus.... I'm already teaching my 12 year old daughter that there are only 2 appropriate responses to any cop during a traffic stop: "yes sir", and "no sir".Jesus loves you. I think you're an asshole.

That guy should send a thank you letter every year to the cop for not shooting him.
There was an episode of Cops I saw once, where this guy comes out of his house with a cross bow, and the cops shoot him with a bean bag shot gun.
it knocked the guy down and he thought he was shot with a real gun. All the guy could say afterwards was thank you for not killing me.
Assaulting a police officer is a serious offence so I hope these guys got 10 years each. I also hope they act tough in prison.

I do believe that assaulting an officer is a felony offense with a 3-5 year prison sentence- I dont know if this varies state to state though

I hope the get arrested and put in the same cell with 6'5", 300lbs Bubba, the bitchmaker. What a pair of fucking morons. And my props to the officer. The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Once the two guys were on him he could have (shoudl have ) shot them.
Cops don't need to risk their lives to save dumb asses like that.

What i dont understand is why those two guys thought they had grounds to sue the officer, for any reason.
He was doing his friggen job, and suddenly they were trying to tell him they knew the law better than him.

once that guy picked up the shovel, i would have shot him.
he had intent to do harm
the means to do it
and a delivery system.
I think it was fourtunate for the officer that things worked out for him, but It was clear those boys werent playing.
when the suspect said he wasnt going to be arrested the officer should have called for backup and an ambulance right then and there.
