BJJ vs Catch Wrestling

royce gracie vs kazushi sakuraba
i think thats a major bjj vs catch

it was done in pride
kazushi defeated many bjj martial artist and he fought royce to avenge his wrestling stable mates .
royce in the other hand like some of his brothers that have been defeating many shoot wrestlers and professional wrestlers in japan also wants to avenge his brothers that have been defeated by sakuraba

the first match sakuraba won 1 May 2000 because his one of his brother threw in the towel
and on the second match in 2 Jun 2007

but before sakurabas defeat in jun 2 2007 he defeated many BJJ black belts
these are
Marcus Silveira
Vitor Belfort
Royler Gracie
Renzo Gracie
Ryan Gracie
Antonio Schembri -he loss to schembri 16 Mar 2003 but defeated him 20 Jun 2004

after defeating 4 gracies he was called th "gracie hunter"
he even defeated rampage jackson

he loss to Ricardo Arona a bjj black belt because of a corner stoppage
and
he also loss to Antonio Rogerio Nogueira(BJJ black belt) by a unanimus decision and he was defeated by wanderlei 2 times first by kneeing him in the grown next is a KO(punches) and also got defeated by an another bjj black belt Antonio Schembri by TKO(knee)

i think that all of the bjj black belts that defeated him won by strikes or Unanimus decision and not BY Submission(correct me if im wrong)

about catch can and judo i think

ad santel a judo olympian who practiced catch wrestling and encorporeated its moves in judo defeated Every kodokan black belt that was sent by the kodokan and only one kodokan judo black belt defeated him but that guys sucess over him did not happen again

Most BJJ/Catch matches have been much more recent, but I consider Count Koma and Kimura to be catch wrestlers anyway. BJJ is really just catch without the takedowns, IMO.

On the first point, they both did catch wrestling, and Kimura trained and participated in pro wrestling extensively, but only after his match with Helio. Koma, I consider a catch wrestler, because he was one, but that is obviously not where most of his technique came from. Mind you, I'm sure catch had some influence on him, considering it did on all of Judo, and he fought many matches against catch wrestlers.

And of course my post was dumb, but it wasn't meant for you (actually, it was, but FOR ONCE YOU COULD HAVE PLAYED ALONG) and trolls, like frogs, are ruined by dissection, so thanks a lot.
