Who would win. both are armed, both have camoflauge gear, and both are in the wilderness say an area no one cares about and can blow up as much stuff as they want, like wisconsin or vietnam or france.

I thought aobut this not very long and not much at all, but I would have to go with rambo BECAUSE:

When they finally meet face to face for a "last minuite verbal confrontation before the combat" as is movie law.

commando will utter a witty and bad ass line.

Then rambo will reply with something unintelligible because of his speech impediment like this: hjn[qtawehj;

In the confusion of commando trying to figure out stallone/rambo's gibbirish so he could come up with a cool retort, rambo will take the moment of surprise to waste commando/arnold.
