The German-Costa Rica game was an amazing display of technical soccer playing. It was everything that the US wasn't.

I was rooting for the US, but they have been way over-hyped. Football (soccer) fans have been hearing about this for months now; that this is the best US team ever.

    Then we saw yesterday's debacle.

    WHAT THE **** WAS THAT?!?

If you're going to have the balls enough to say you're the best US team ever, then you have to live up to that claim. That was absolutely horrible playing, no team work, no communication. Half of the passes went directly to the Czech team, not even getting intercepted.

I wasn't able to see the Korea vs. Togo game this morning, but Korea won. DAE HAN MIN ****!

The France vs. Switzerland game was an exercise in defense. I was impressed by both teams defenders, particularly France (how it pains me to say that).

By far the highlight thus far has been the Australia-Japan game. Japan's lead for 84 minutes of the game seemed assured, especially given that Australia has never scored in a World Cup match, much less won a game. The amazing come back that the Ozzies made in the last 10 minutes of the game to defeat Japan was football...nay...sports history in the making, and I am proud to have seen it. I wish the Ozzies luck against Brazil in their next match.

    But yeah...

    DEUTSCHLAND UBER ALLES!!!

I want the US to win.

I'm beginning to doubt we've gotten better, though. After yesterday, I'm beginning to think the last US team was better.

They just hyped the US team this year because

    1) they could and no one would no the difference, few people anyway

    2) Improve ratings

    3) Merchandise, Merchandise, Merchandise (Capital 'M')

For some reason the Czech Republic is the world #2. I didn't expect that at all.

Korea v Togo was a good match, and good goals scored. France v Switzerland was a fucking poor game. The French were missing good opportunities after breaking through the Swiss defence early. Too many weak crosses and half-assed attempts at goal, with only maybe one or two real shots that unluckily went wide. Any team with a bunch of players as experienced as Henry and Zidane should be playing so much better, but it seems the French lack finishing power. Wouldn't be surprised if they made another "upset" first-round exit.
Rad ki was made up by adolescents. I do not know who created trad ki but it was not made by adolescents. your an ass dude, Im not being a little bitch you are, your past the level of a bitch. Your beyond Bitch! If im easting my time with ki and psi, then your wasting time to prove frauds, and all **** like that! -theoutsider

Kick boxing is ok, but don't expect do beat a man like Rickson Gracie with that. You need a real martial art. You need Xing Yi Quan. -Emptyflower

The splits, how ever, have a few martial uses. Doing the splits for me, can put my fists in testical strike range.

dont ignore the Art for the Martial or else your just kick boxing

Yes i am serious, there are kicks that can block punches. we have them in Moo duk kwan.
I want to learn how to use them in case my arm gets broken in a fight.
what would you have me do? if my arm gets broke, not block punches? -sempi-stone

As long as Korea beats France, I'm happy.

Y'all ready for the Germany-Poland game?
