Frank is by far the better trained fighter. Better conditioned. More knowledgable in submission and striking. Frank reinvented himself while Ken rode out on his reputation and his athletisism. They're both cocky assholes anyway. I'm pretty sure they'd both tell you that too.

I agree. Frank would pwn. Ken is getting old anyway, and is still essentially riding on his past--soon to be paired up with Tank Abbott, who fits the same description.

Which is why I respect both of them. Not to mention Tank...I'm a fan of perverse nobility. -

Ken outweighs Frank by a mile.
Ken was the one that taught Frank submissions.
Maybe Franks superior cardio and striking would come make up for that. Maybe it wouldn't.
The Tito that Frank fought is a lot different to the Tito that Ken fought - so please don't make that comparison.
(I'm a bigger Frank fan by the way...)

Ken has relied on his raw power on many an occasion. A number of his fights have been short on technique and long on muscular endurance. Several of Frank's fights, on the other hand, have been over in seconds with some astonishing display of skill. I certainly don't think Ken would go down easily though; it would be a taxing fight to watch.

On skill, I give it to Frank. The guy is smart and talented. But then you have the 'big brother rule' that says big brothers always win. No matter how tough you get, your big brother always knows how to get you. hehe
