    Gar! Ringworm!

I'm pretty certain I have ringworm on my forehead--yeah, on my fucking face :-( I bought some Tinactin today. Does anyone know how long it should take for symptoms to dissappear? Any other suggestions on treatment?

make a two inch deep incision in your forehead all around the ring worm. Then scoop it out with a spoon. Should get rid of it.

Other then that just use the cream and wait. Some guys use bleach but it aint to good for your skin. Just wait a few days with the cream and it will be gone.

Any idea how long it's contagious? How long should I stay off the mat?

I got ring worm a few weeks ago. I used CVS anti-fungal creme. It slowly disapears. It took about a week to disapear completly. I would keep putting it on for a few days after it's completly invisilbe just to be safe.

its contagious as long as you can see it. Stay off the mats al long as its visible. Then just wait a few days after its gone. Could also see your doctor to make sure.

Also learn to take a shower!

I plan on making an appointment with a Dermatologist next week, but I don't know when I'll be able to see him.

    Showers are for chumps.

Wear a headband until it clears up.

You might take this opportunity to make your own karate-kid style rising sunburst one.

Wear a headband? Meaning he can still train as long as he keeps it covered?

Maybe Im wrong but as far as I know you can still give it to someone. The headband will slide, also youll be sweating which could give it to another guy too.

You don't need a dermatoligist. Your family doctor could prescribe you something. I wrestled and always went to my family doctor if I got ring worm(2 times).
