    Yeah, I can hear it at the lowest volume I can set on my stereo. I can also hear tv's when they're on but nothing is being displayed, and both sounds are fucking irritating!

    Yeah, it's weird. Whenever I turn off a TV (even a muted one), there is a sudden calming silence in the room.
