I like the manual. But that's the way I operate. If I had the time I'd look up some more modern videos for you but I don't so if you find anything else let me know.

well I dont see ow the dvds could POSSIBLY cover as much as that manual. But that site sells them together for a discounted price as a package so maybe I will do that for the best of both worlds sorta.

I have one of the DVD's. It's good, but I'd much rather have the manual.

He, I just checked that site... you can save $30 if you buy both the DVDs and the printed notebook together : http://www.mma.tv/mmastore/index.cfm...il%26PID%3D355
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Jeezus dude get with the fucking program, that's already been stated.

You guys really don't know how to shop for bargains. If you pay x amount of dollars more for something that isn't going to be as helpful as the one source you just wasted x amount of dollars. If it was free I'd say go for it.
